Return Policy

You can return or exchange a TOBY product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or 90 days for exchange or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except if there is a manufacturing defect or shipment error on TOBY. Please email hello@toby.nyc to set up your return.
